Federation garden refreshed

A few extra touches will complete this formal garden look and add some pretty colour. The brief: to maximise the first impression of the property.

The established formal garden lacked colour and height. The first impression could be easily improved.	RENT-A-GARDEN used potted Gardenia toparies in terracotta pots on the verandah to provide some soft highlights, and break up the brick wall areas. Colourful annuals hedges placed in front of existing box hedges compliment the formal surrounds. Existing pots were planted with matching annuals. Th is cottage now has wonderful street appeal, which can't help but attract more buyers.
