Maximised entertaining area

This Leichhardt courtyard lacked furniture and plants to soften the rectangular space. The brief: to create an appealing outdoor living space with outdoor furniture and pot plants.

Before

After

  • The absence of furniture made the courtyard not very functional or inviting.
  • The hard fences exaggerated the enclosed effect of the space.
  • This tremendous asset is under-utilised.
  • RENT-A-GARDEN placed a 6 seater modern table setting in the centre of the courtyard, with a mondo table bowl to complete the contemporary look.
  • Conifer hedges were placed along the side and rear fences, minimising the hard edges of the space.
  • This courtyard is indeed a more appealing asset to any buyer.
