Maroubra balcony makeover

The view from this balcony is lovely, but a vacant block below wasn't so appealing. The brief: to screen off the ground view below so that buyers will focus on view of pines and ocean beyond.

Balcony edges are harsh. View below not as good as across to the sea.	RENT-A-GARDEN placed Emerald Ficus hedges in sandstone troughs along the balcony edge, to screen the view below, but not affect the main view across to the ocean. The lovely foilage of these hedges connects this outdoor area to the surrounding pines and softens the hard lines of the balcony.
