Semi's presents a better impression

This Crows Nest property needed some help to create a better first impression. The brief: To add colour and life to the front of the house to welcome buyers and encourage them to look further at the property.

A typical semi facade, just waiting for some welcoming touches.
The dark brickwork need some contrasting colour.
Neighbour's large brick wall is harsh and lifeless.

Rent A Garden kept it simple, and added a couple of Japanese Box hedges to finish the edge of the verandah.
A bushy Emerald Ficus shrub was placed on the left to soften the ugly side wall.
A flowering Gardenia shrub added colour and beautiful scent to the home entry.
Definitely worth a look inside!
