The hard walls and empty space are hardly inviting. The lack of colour made this poolside area uninteresting. This tremendous asset lacked buyer appeal.	RENT-A-GARDEN used a modern 4 seater table setting, and some striking potted Yuccas in black wedge pots to set the scene. Brazilian Jasmine hedges placed on the wall ledge and ground provide trailing foilage that soften the hard edges. The small footprint of the plant containers minimises loss of floorspace available.
